I help global brands to define themselves, their audiences, and their place in the world.

From upstart start-ups to global icons, consumer to corporate, in my 7 years as a brand strategist I've been lucky enough to work with some amazing clients on some killer projects (as you can see here).

Along the way, I've been to lots of places, met lots of faces and made a lot of cases for the power of brand storytelling.

Whether it's naming, architecture, brand/experience definition, stakeholder management or inspiring creative teams - for me, it all starts with stories (spoiler: I love good stories).

Stories built on human understanding and on the ground research (the lost art of actually speaking to people and asking the right questions!)

Stories that capture a truth, unlock a secret or simply make people feel something.

Stories that bring brands to life, helping them to reach new cultural heights and realise their commercial potential.

Some other things I love, beyond brands/stories:

Modernist architecture, office DJing, languages (6 and counting...), brackets, 70s cinema, oil painting, my gran's Turkish cooking, world literature, Arsenal FC, being out of my comfort zone, and having a good chat (so get in touch!)
